• All gas engineers are registered with Gas Safe Register and carry ID cards showing the categories in   which they can work.

• All oil technicians are registered with OFTEC & carry ID cards showing the categories in which they   can work.

• All trades people are qualified to NVQ Level 2 in maintenance operations.

• All trades people have taken a Health & Safety Awareness Test and carry the CSCS card.

• All engineers are CRB, Portsmouth Dockyard, SOCA security checked and cleared.
